Our kitchen estimates usually
include an allowance of $300 for ceramic tile material for your backsplash.
This allowance covers most of the backsplashes our customers choose.

above is from Florida Tile and would qualify for this promotion.

Sink Bowl
With the purchase of a counter top you can have a quality
stainless steel undermount sink bowl for free.
These bowls are quality 18 gauge, sound coated, 8" deep
undermount bowls made by Revere.
Our counter top fabricator offers 3 double bowl models
for free - one with 2 equal bowls and 2 with a larger/smaller design — one
with smaller bowl on right (above) and one with smaller bowl on left.
By arrangement with our local
supplier for Revere bowls, we are able to offer 2 models of single bowls for
free also.
This promotion applies to the
purchase of granite, quartz and solid surface counter tops. Minimum counter
top purchase to qualify for free bowl is $2,000.

Free WateRx Water Filter
By special arrangement with WateRx, we are able to offer

WateRx is a local family owned manufacturer of top

The model WX1250 is regularly $225 installed, when
purchased with a kitchen.

Free Apron Sink - Single Bowl
We have a good quality single bowl apron front undermount
sink, sometimes called a farm sink. The bowl is made by Belle Foret. It is
white fireclay and has a suggested price of $600.00. With the purchase of a
kitchen it is yours free.
This bowl is perfect for a small
kitchen or when you only need a standard size single bowl.
The approximate outside
dimensions are 23½" × 18¾".
The inside of the bowl is
approximately 21½" × 15¾" × 7"
Standard 3½" drain opening for a
disposer or strainer.
Fits in a 27" wide cabinet made
for apron front bowls.
We only have one bowl available.

Hamilton County HIP Program
Hamilton
county has a program for residents remodeling their homes. The interest rate
is reduced by 3% from the current rates.
Interest rates
are currently low, and reducing the rate by 3% makes for an awfully
attractive offer.
Money is
currently available for this program from US Bank. Other banks may have
funds, also.
